Salted Tahini Chocolate Chip Biscuits
These biscuits are great, they've got a slightly nutty taste and aren't too sweet but really yummy.

- 115 g butter
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 1 cup caster sugar
- 1 egg and 1 yolk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 150 g plain flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp bicarb soda
- 1 tsp of kosher salt
- 200 g of choice chips
- Beat butter, sugar and tahini until pale
- Add eggs, vanilla and beat for a further 5 minutes
- Add flour, baking soda and baking powder and mix.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Cook at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes or until golden.
